Data is not reaching the Thingworx platform

Hello Soumya,

I am facing similar issue, although i increase the limit to 100000.

Can you please let me know how we can confirm that the count is reaching the limit.

we are pooling sensor data from the device using a windows service and sending it on to the thingworx platform.

since the data pooling is @ every 30 seconds and the no. of properties that are updated at the same time is huge, i am not sure is that what is causing the issue. 

 

can you provide more details.

  1. You can view the threadCount here on the TWX platform Monitoring>Subsystems>WS Execution Processing

 Also, please share more details on how are you sending data to the TWX platform. Is it twWrite to properties ?

Are you parsing the properties the moment they reach platform. Please share more details.
