Hi @YT_10897741
With reference to this topic
I have just installed this extension in my thingworx 9.3 and it would be great if you would let us know that how to use this extension. So our use case is that there is a template like page which i can create in mashup. user has to fill it and then we create a pdf of the mashup and save it somewhere. The question is how can i create a pdf with this extension in the mashup... please let me know..

There isn't enough context here for me to identify the pdf extension you installed.  However, there is not a currently supported pdf extension available from PTC.  I'm assuming the one you're referring to was one that was once available on PTC Marketplace, but that site was shut down several years ago and we no longer have any documentation, etc. that can be shared.  There's also the question of compatibility with the ThingWorx version you are running.

Short of developing a pdf extension yourself, I recommend checking with IQNOX, a PTC partner.  They have developed a suite of products for ThingWorx called the IQNOX Widget Pack.  This product contains a grid widget that supports output in several formats including pdf.  Keep in mind that since you're running an older, unsupported version of ThingWorx, you may still encounter compatibility issues.

Regards.

Hi @MA8731174

Now that your post has been updated with a link to the original post, I see that you're referring to a pdf extension available on github.  You will most likely need to post your request there.

Regards.
