Thingworx License issue

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.6 and DatecodeSP2

My colleague installed the Thingworx, while configuring license online, the Thingworx Administrator password showing error but with the same password he logged in the Thingworx in the browser.

Hi @NK_11392663   Can you check the below?

  • Click the Request Authorization button to check if the Customer Number and Customer Name are correct under PlatformSubsystem > Metrics Reporting
    • Make sure Thingworx Server can connect to the Internet.
      • Add a rule of firewall for communicating with the PTC server if necessary:
        • Hostname: apps.ptc.com
        • Port number: 443

Hi @NK_11392663  Are you using connected mode? Can you share your application logs?

[L: ERROR] [O: E.c.q.l.c.Logger] [I: ] [U: Administrator] [S: ] [P: ] [T: http-nio-8080-exec-9] Was not able to complete metrics auto enrollment. Skipping Enrollment for opt out license.
