Anyone know how to generate log report with ECR and ECN linked?

I was trying to download a log report that has all the ECR (Change Request) with the relative ECN (Change Notice), but under the reports option don't have this option.

I guess you are querying about the suggestions for Windchill, if so, you can post the question to Windchill Forum.

You need to build a report using Query Builder.
