CAD attributes cannot be mapped into part MBA attributes

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.4

Attribute mapping is configured in the CAD document. The attributes in the model can be mapped to the CAD document attributes normally, but cannot be mapped to the parts associated with the CAD document.
What is created on the part is not an IBA attribute, but an MBA attribute. The internal name is consistent with the one in the CAD document.
