I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.0

How we can handle the exit of employess in an organization. Once the account is deactivated in AD, what will happen in Windchill.

The account will still exist but if you were authenticating to AD, they account will no longer be able to be logged into. If AD is your LDAP and not using OpenDJ or WindchillDS, the account will be a disconnected user. Account will still need to be deleted on the Windchill side or moved into a group that is denied all access. You should also remove all licenses from the user so they can be reallocated.

I'd also recommend checking for any items Checked Out to the employee, as well as any Tasks that are not completed.

Data Monitors can be helpful for this, if you're able to set up Query Builder reports for these.
