How to reconnect users post Windchill upgrade, as users showing disconnected.

Version: Windchill 12.1

 

Use Case: Hi All, We have upgraded the Windchill ( in source AD is integrated), post upgrade is completed we integrated with AD, we tried to use PTC bulk reconnect utility but it's unable to find source jndi adapter, but when we Re manually reconnect the user from ui, it's getting connected, but we have 2000 users, it's difficult to go with manual approch. Is any automatic approch to achieve this.
