Promotion request issue

Version: Windchill 12.0

 

Use Case: Promotion request are no longer coming from the requester, but coming from “postmaster”


Description:

Hello all,

We are using windchill 12.0.2.7. from last few days when some users raising the promotion requests, the requests are coming from the postmaster username not from the users name.

 

Please find the attached screenshot for the reference.

Any suggestions on it, what can i do to fix?

There is a wt.properties setting that determines who the emails come from:

Was there a change on the server? Check into that. Also is this for all change objects or just promotion notices?  Who is the responsible user? Are these missing a deadline where the task is reassigned to someone else?
