can you elaborate, do you need this for existing documents ? if yes tale a look at https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS145098

There are preference settings when CAD data is checked in to have number align with filename. If you are trying to clean up the current system to make them align, what @Fadel posted is the right path. You will have to create your own script to do this. Not a difficult program to read in from a text file or something like that to process all the changes.
