I have downloaded Creo 5 and get the following message when I try to access the License codes.

Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges

    Hello,

     

    Please send me at gmarin@ptc.com or at wwlm@ptc.com your customer number or a Sales Order Number (SON) together with your request and I will help you in solving your request.

    I need to enter in your account first to check who is the current online supervisor of the customer.
