401 - This request requires HTTP authentication

Hi there,


I had to reinstall Thingworx to different platform (on a windows 8 machine) and I'm getting at 401 - This request requires HTTP authentication error.  


Here is what I have installed....


apache-tomcat-7.0.59 --> I'm assuming it is 64 bit

jre-7u76-windows-x64 --> It is 64 bit.


What could be causing it not work?

    Hi Kevin, I recommend you log a case for this with support.ptc.com. there possibly might already exist a knowledge base article already.
