After Server rehosting, I am getting errors while connecting Navigate to odata connector

After Server Rehosting, Iam getting this errosrs while connecting navigate to odata connector. How to fix this.


Errors are:

Your route exchange has failed. Resource Error [Connection reset by peer: socket write error]
Could not dispatch async service request [NotifyPropertyUpdate] : Error: No service named NotifyPropertyUpdate is available.
Error: No service named NotifyPropertyUpdate is available.
Your route exchange has failed. Resource Error [Received fatal alert: unknown_ca]
Transaction has been marked as a failure for request /Thingworx/Things/PartStructureAccessAppThing/Services/GetRepresentableInfoForUniqueResource
Exception executing service, GetRepresentableInfo, on resource provider: WindchillDemoPartResourceProvider
Unable to Invoke Service GetEndpointDefinition on Windchill-Odata-Connector : Your route exchange has failed. Resource Error [Failed to aggregate all metadatas, 10 were expected, but only 0 received]
