'All entities' does not include Organizations
In the Composer UI, when you are viewing all entities (the top most button in the left hand panel) Organizations do not show up in the result list on the right side.
Nothing in the system section shows up either, but that makes more sense. Organizations are under security and all of those (Groups, users, appkeys) do show up for All Entities.
Is this intended behavior?
