apache tomcat thingworx 8.0

Every time I restart my VM, the apache tomcat stops and when i try to restart it, it throws an error.

I have to do the apache tomcat uninstall and install all over again.

Did anyone have similar experience and how did you get to solve it?

EVA SMILE PRATHIPATY​: Could you please share details about your VM version along with Apache tomcat version. Could you please also attached the tomcat and application logs to review the errors.

Hi Durgesh,

thanks for your response.

My ThingWorx instance is on a Windows Server 2012 R2. Tomcat version is 8.5.

any files in particular you want me to attach?

EVA SMILE PRATHIPATY​: Please attach Tomcat logs and all logs of ThingWorx application. Also, please attach the tomcat error received post restarting VM and tomcat.
