Can't build files on Axeda Developer Toolbox

I am trying to download the files to connect a device the axeda device cloud.

after clicking the button to 'build your files'  (see screen below)  hangs and never comes back.  This is for any type of device.

It just stays as "Building your files"..

Does this still work?  Is there another way to get these files?

I know this isn't really your specialty - but any help lkershner ??   should I be using a different account / tool to do this?
