Cannot load my last backup

Hi there,

Due to my computer crashed, I had to install Thingworx on a different machine. In order to retrieve all my work, I copied and pasted the file data.h2 from the latest backup to the "database" folder. When I lunch Thingworx it keeps loading forever until TomCat decides to shutdown the service. The thing is, it doesn't happen with the oldest backup file.

Is there anything I am doing wrong?

Is there anything in the logs? I'm wondering if a potential db corruption. Was it backing up during the crash?

Hi Polina,

There is nothing neither in the ConfigurationLog.log nor in the Catalina (in the new machine). The only file that is reporting warnings is the ApplicationLog.log (attached) but I don't understand it. I don't know if it was backing up during the crash but any of the previous backups should work, right?
