Converge Mashup is missing

HI,

I installed all the utilities extensions in my ThingWorx 7.1.1.b24 two months ago. And it went well at that time. But I want to do a demo on Utilities, and start the vm today, the contents of converge mashup is missing. Just as the following pic.

Then I check the ThingWorx Composer, the extension management. Everything is here.

Then I check the application logs. It shows me as the following error.

I don't know how to solve. Can you help me? Thanks a lot.

Calla, can you open up your browser tools (F12) on your web browser, navigate to the 'Network' tab and reload the Mashup? That would give us some information on what's missing. You can click on the 'Show/Hide Log' button at the top for more info as well.
