Create Infotable from Datashape and add row entries to newly created Infotable

I am looking to create and infotable from a datashape and then add rows with results in the newly created infotable.

Column 1 Name Column 2 Name

result 1 result 2

The column names would be put in from the datashape and then each result would be added after the infotable was created from the datashape.
