Data Export Extension - the translation is perfect, but the order of the columns got messed up

Hi,

we use this extension and we replace the columns titles on run time, the order of the columns is not as was and not as defined in the data shape.

Is this issue going to be fixed?

Can we get a bit of information first:

- which version of ThingWorx are you using ?

- on which OS is it running

- on which OS and browser is the client

Any, it has no connection to the user or the browser, It is returned like that from the service

I confirm the behavior you have reported - the column order does not use the ordinal field information.

This is ThingWorx Labs extension that is not directly supported by PTC.

We have forwarded this post to a Partner Program manager. We will comment on the post if we get some update.
