disappearing of services from data tab in thingworx 8.4

I have the same issue.

An entity having services completely disappeared from the data tab, yet it is still visible in the connection tab.

Importing an older version and reimporting it didn't work for me.

When I'm trying to readd in the data tab the entity, then it create a new entity with the name "SAMENAME1" or "SAMENAME11"...

 

It's really bothering.

Hi FS_9669860, can you try below steps?

1. remove connection, remove entity (not service)

2. save the mashup

3. add the entity, add service, setup connection

Thank you very much for this answer, but I expected a solution rather than a recommandation to reperform the work of someone else who didn't document it (unfortunately).

Hi @FS_9669860.

 

It sounds like you are importing from another system.  If so, did you confirm that all entities exist?  

 

In regard to the duplicate names, it sounds like you are adding the same entity multiple times instead of adding additional services for the existing entity.
