Does anyone have experience with using Navigate for 3rd party access (outside the firewall) to Windchill?

We are looking for a simplified solution for giving 3rd party developers access to our Windchill data.  Currently we are ftp'ing data.  Need information on the security model and how difficult it was to setup.

I would suggest you to please post this query and future query related to Windchill on Windchill community to get the right attention. Also, you can check for any existing thread with solution on Windchill community.
