Error getting collection design time permissions.

Hello Everyone,

When I am clicking on lock option of dashboard permission, It is throwing following errors:

Error getting collection design time permissions.

Error getting collection run time permissions.

Error getting collection visibility time permissions.


I cancelled all the errors and clicked on visibility, design time and run time and found there is nothing to do.

I am login with Administrator account.



Please suggest a way, How could I set permissions for dashboard and sort out this error.

Meenakshi Agrawal​, Please check Application logs for more specific errors.

This is the error in log - No authType or appKey parameter has been specified for Authentication Scheme: AUTH_THINGWORX_APPKEY

Error [authenticating connection], Server websocket will be closed.  cause: Application Key not found - This is the continuous error we receive in our instance, we had open case regarding this error earlier but did't get solved.As it was not affecting us so we cloased the case. but I think this could be reason of permission error.
