Error in Launching Tomcat 8.0.38

If i try to Start the Apache tomcat Server i am getting this type of error after i copied

"-Dserver -Dd64

-XX:+UseG1GC

-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8

-Djava.library.path=\webapps\Thingworx\ WEB-INF\extensions " in the JAVA TAB of "Configure Tomcat" option..

Hi Akshaya, where have you copied all of those parameters? secondly i think it's also a good idea to have a look at the System event log or the tomcat log itself to see what additional information could be found
