Export to File failure

Hi
Export to File fails with the below errors.

Unable to read thing : Blog_Technology : Node 318833 not found

[context: ]
Error sending response: java.lang.NullPointerException

I cannot understand the First error. We do not have any Thing called Blog_Technology.
This is Thingworx 4.1.

We are planning to upgrade to 5.4
Appreciate if I get a quick reply to this one.

Hi Sabarish you probably want to open a case with Support for this. But it looks like you have some 'ghost' item that it is trying to export but can't because it doesn't actually exist.

Has this server been restarted recently? If possible, a restart can get rid of ghost items.

No. We haven't restarted this server recently. We will restart and see if it works fine.
