Has anyone connected Tableau workbooks to ThingWorx data? I'd appreciate any pointers to help me get started.

Does ThingWorx even support this?

I am guessing I would need to use some kind of Tableau-default or custom data connector, and try to connect to the database containing the data tables that store the data we are after.

If anyone has done this before using Tableau and would like to share a few specifics on how to get started, that would help a lot.

Or just how to connect to the ThingWorx data stored in data tables using external data connectors would help, too.
