my foundation server display"ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_UP" again

it work 2 hour ago,

Do you mean while loging in or the first load for authentication itself? Can you please check the Developer Tool from your browser to check the load speed

It could because of the difference in the region where you are currently located and where the server is hosted.
