how to add subscription programmatically?

Guys, I have 500 thing and I want to add individual scheduler subscription for each thing programmatically. I don't want to use thing template because of the subscription will handle uploading files so if all thing are request for uploading files at the same time, it may cause problem. Is there any way that i can get rid from use subscription in thing template instead of individual subscription in each thing programmatically.
