There is no built-in functionality in ThingWorx for exporting pdf's.  There have been many postings on this, so I encourage you to search the ThingWorx Developers forum for ideas.  You can also vote for the existing request in the ThingWorx Ideas forum.

I advise also to raise a support ticket asking for this enhancement if this functionality is really critical to your project, besides posting to ThingWorx Ideas.
