How to make the timeserieschart having the axis Y with unit property?

I believe such a feature is not available out of the box.  I will verify it during the U.S. business hours  on Monday, and if not, see if there's an existing enhancement request.

You may also look into custom extensibility and creating your own widget that would fulfill your requirements. Let me know if you would like documentation on that.
