How to Set the Property Value of an Implemented Thing?

I would like to change the value of a property of an implemented Thing from a Mashup.  I cannot find a service that will allow me to do that.  I can find the service at the Thing level but not at the template level.  I have a list of implemented things and I want to change the value of the property for the Thing that is selected in the list.  Can this be done?

    when you add the entity in the mashup, you need to check the "dynamic" box when you select the template.  Then you will see the setproperties service
