I need help regarding attachment upload for Quality Record from Thingworx to Windchill and vice versa.

Prasoon Kumar​: Request you post a thread in Windchill community to get details regarding Windchill API/method for uploading the required document. Using Thingworx you can create custom service or make REST call to an existing upload method available in Windchill.
