I can't get a C SDK for a Raspberry Pi to download

Apart from the fact that it took me some time to find out how to try to do this, I simply can't get it to work. I am on the page DevWorx and I get one of two errors - this one the most frequent - Sorry, but the Agent creation failed. Error Code - 2003.

The other one says something like bad things are happening and i should report this to the support guys 1002 or something ... what am I doing wrong?

I guess no worries ... I am bit disappointed to have been lured in so far without any mention of licenses and cost etc.  I would assume that a C SDK for an opensource platform would be free to try .... count me as disappointed.  After all the Hype yesterday at your ThingEvent I hoped to get to try out some stuff ... no try == no buy ...
