Import Failed: User [Operator] Already Exists, With Different Case

Hi

i am getting this error, Te Cause of the Error is an User is created in small case and camel case Format. I have an .TWX format Backup i am unable to Edit the name so that the Error Doesnt Presist Again. Give Me some Suggestion How to read the >twx file format.
