Importing Data Tags through extension

For our extension, we created Data Tags file but it doesn't get imported after importing complete extension bundle. Please find data tag file attached. Is there some problem with the file that it gets ignored when doing that with extension.

We use thingworx maven plugin to build our extension. Any ideas why it wont import  through extension. We have similar entity Model tags and they get imported successfully. For now I am importing it manually after extension is loaded.

Any help would be appreciated.
