In blog widget, I can upload a file with a Chinese name, but I can't open it or down load it.

In blog widget, I can upload a file with a Chinese name, but I can't open it or down load it.

It won't happen if the file name is in English.

    Are you able to open a ticket in the eSupport portal? This seems to be a bug that that needs to be reported to R&D and tracked in the PTC eSupport portal.
