Is there any service to validate existing Org

Hi All,

I have created an Organisation later with the same name again i am creating one Organisation its created.

Is there any service to validate existing  Organisation and restrict that.

To do it cleanly you can use a Search function.

It's easier though to use a Try/Catch, not as pretty of course.
