Mashup load event is not fired

I am using navigation control and with that if I specify the targetWindow as New or self, Mashup Load event is not getting fired I guess.

Because on Load I am calling few services, those are not getting called. But if I specify the targetWindow as Popup or modal popup it works fine.

What could be issue? How could I resolve it? Kindly reply ASAP, its bit urgent. Thanks

    Hello, im currently facing the same issue and I'm using ThingWorx v7.
