What are the error messages in the Script Log and/or Application Log?

Hi @XZ_10149535 

 

In my experience, the issue is usually around permissions for the "System" user (used by default as the user that updates the property value for MQTT data ingress) that is not applied for event subscribe/execute on the thing.

 

But it is just a guess, the logs would provide a more clear direction to the root cause.

In my experience, the issue is usually around permissions for the "System" user (used by default as the user that updates the property) for event execute/subscribe. You will have an issue for the subscription firing and if the property is logged to store it to the value stream.

 

But it is just a guess, the logs would provide a more clear direction to the root cause.
