Is there any extension/widget to allow user select different language on dashboards other than GoogleTranslate Extension?

    Have you tried using the built in localization capability?

    I tried,that way I'll have to create localized table for each language.Instead,I want to have a dropdown list of different languages for user and particular language will be applied to whole application.
