Hi, i had already been granted permission for everything but why cant I Import and Export stuff

and by any chance I can manually Import stuff?error.png

The user would need to be in the Administrator's Group. Click on 'User Groups' on the home screen, and click on 'Advanced' right next to the search bar. Select 'Show System Objects' to display all user groups. You then access the Administrators Group to add your user.
