Hello Everyone,

Is there a way to open a support case in Thingworx?

  1. Go to https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/portal/index.jsp?tab_id=thingworx
  2. Click "Contact Support"
  3. Click "Open a case with technical support"
  4. Follow the directions there to open a case.
