Procedure for 'reseting' a TW Postgres install

Hi,

For the Neo4j version of TW, we were able to just delete the TW storage and backup storage folders, then restart the web app to 'reset' it to a freshly installed state. Is there an equivalent procedure that can be done with the Postgres version of TW?

I see there is thingworxPostgresDBCleanup.bat, so I am guessing that's involved.
