Something estrange happens with menu widget

Hi there!

I have a  main mashup with a tab widget and a mashup container inside the second tab. This mashup container calls a mashup that contains a menu widget.

What happens is: I cannot see the menu widget in the main mashup unless:

  • Set this tab (Demo) as lt tab Default tab at runtime
  • Use vertical view instead of horizontal

I don't want either of these options. What am I missing?

Can you export that mashup and upload it for us to take a look at?

Also, what version of ThingWorx are you running?

Hi Craig,

Thanks for coming back to me. I guess you want me to put the url, don't you? I have just realized that I cannot access the mashup from other machines...

I am running version 7.4.

Hi Irene.

That might work; I was suggesting exporting the mashup to a files and attaching it so we could import it and see what's happening.

Are you in chrome? If you click f12, you may look into the dev tools. Try navigating/hovering over the area where the disappeared tabs are and  see if there is anything unusual with the styling.
