Hello, can Thingworx act as the MQTT Broker?

Hi Nicolas, currently available capability with ThingWorx is that you can use the MQTT Extension from the ThingWorx Marketplace. At the moment this capability is allowing you to subscribe/publish using MQTT Extension and connect to devices. You can check more detail on the Help Center

Hi Nicolas,

No Thingworx can't act as an Mqtt broker.
An external Mqtt broker (like Mosquitto) is needed.

    Hello Franck,

    I have a similar requirement, so if I need an MQTT Broker then I will have to use an external one like Mosquitto right?

    Are there any documents or articles that talk to how to configure MQTT Broker on AWS and connecting it to Thingworx Foundation Server.
