Thingworx experience server error

As I am trying to work with Thingworx and do the 'Fundamentals of IoT Development with ThingWorx' course something went wrong and I received following statement in my browser: 'Server error. Please confirm, if your portal environment is running.'. What should I do to continue the course?

What site are you using for the training?  If it's one of the hosted sites, please provide the url so we can determine the status.
