ThingWorx logs

I am not able to see the ThingWorx Script logs from today onwards, till yesterday everything was fine. As far i remember i did not make any changes which would have impacted logs settings. Please let me know the possibilty why it happened and how it can be resolved.

    Hi Ayushi,

    Please check the logging level for the Script logs. Also, try to log something via services to make sure there is something in the logs.

    Yes Ankit, i have already set the logging levels to "All" for all types of logs.

    Moreover, not getting any logs on execution of service even.

    Try checking the Script log files available in ThingWorxStorage/logs folder. Is that file getting updated? Does that ThingWorx user have Rights to write to this file?

    I would also suggest you to restart your instance once in non-business hours to avoid any file permission issue.
