ThingWorx Metrics Reporting Services

Hi all.

In order to activate the “ThingWorx Metrics Reporting Services”

· I select the “PlatformSubsystem” element in Thingworx Composer

· I checked the “Enable Metrics reporting” check box

· I compiled the “PTC username” field

· By using “Change Password” button, I introduced my PTC password

When I push the “Request” button, I receive this error message.

My Thingworx server is implemented on a Linux Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Virtual Machine in Microsoft Azure cloud.

Should I to activate some Inbound or Outbound rules in firewall?

It is necessary to install the Thingworx Connection Server?

Could you try running StartMetricsCollectionService service in the platform service to see if it helps.

Hi Ankit Gupta.

I tried to start the StartMetricsCollectionService service. The result of this operation was positive.

However, when I try to activate the “ThingWorx Metrics Reporting Services”, there is the same error.
