Unable to save a mashup.

Sometimes it shows up with error. See screenshot below.

Hi Ayanava, which persistence provider are you using for ThingWorx? Do you have multiple users editing same entity? Or may be you have it opened in multiple browsers? Do you see this issue happening only for certain entities like in this case Mashup?

Its only Mashups. I am the only one who is editing the Mashup. Persistence provider is the default one.

could you please check exactly which persistence provider is this, if unsure you can do so from the Data Storage > Persistence Providers > ThingworxPersistenceProvider

Additionally, can you  please share the logs from the time around that error was observed?

Here you go Sushant. The logs dont really say much other than the same text as mentioned in the error message.

Thank you for confirming this. If there's not much in detail you might want to change the logging level to Debug and try to reproduce the issue and then check if you see more on that.

BTW, do you see this issue with only 1 particular mashup or with all the mashups you are currently working upon? Was this created on this instance or was it imported?

I see this issue with several Mashups.These Mashups were created on this instance.

Could you also show the steps to set logging level to Debug?
