    Hi Xavier,

    A Google search for LDAP error codes brought me to:

    Are you sure you are authenticating properly? An error code of 52e "Indicates an Active Directory (AD) AcceptSecurityContext error, which is returned when the username is valid but the combination of password and user credential is invalid.This is the AD equivalent of LDAP error code 49."

    We are, and the error might not been related to the security, and sorry if I did not made that clear. the reason I add that to the post is that is the only thing log.

    Let me ask this, what are the steps to allow Thingworx Menus to be display to a specific User Group?

    Does that group have the right to execute the service called GetEffectiveMenu that is part of the menu?
