ValidateFileTransfer

what is the format of the toUri and fromUri,   I assume it has to be something like:    srcEMS/Path/Filename,  destEMS/path/filename,  Also what do you specify as values for sid and md5.  Finally it says that it validates by signature,  but does not return anything?
